What are Junko’s areas of expertise?
We work at the heart of the business model: value proposition, offer, pricing, operating model and go-to-market. We help portfolio companies succeed in their next sequence of development.
At what stage of maturity do you step in?
Seed, Series A, Series B... At every new sequence, we step in to de-risk a holding and accelerate its development. We are just as useful at the genesis of an innovation project, when it is still only a challenge (for example: “how do we diversify revenue and build recurring income?”), as when it is more mature (for example: “is there a willingness to pay? What is the right offer? What is the right price point?”).
Do you offer training?
Yes. We regularly work with fund teams, as well as portfolio and accelerated companies, on a range of topics around business model innovation. For example: Circular Business Models, Pricing Strategy, or AI for Business & AI Prototyping.
Where do you work geographically?
We are based in France, but we regularly work on international projects, in English, driven by globally present groups such as Bouygues Bâtiment International, Merck or Michelin.
