What do you mean by “AI Ops”?

Putting AI to work on real operations: digitalizing a business process, automating what repeats, augmenting analysis. Not a proof of concept that dazzles in a demo, but a tool that runs on Monday morning.

How long before a first tool is usable?

A few days for a first version usable on a narrow scope, then iterations with your teams. We prefer an imperfect tool that gets used to a perfect project that lands in six months.

Do we need perfectly clean data to start?

No. We start from your data as it is, Excel sheets or PDFs. Making it reliable is part of the work, as usage grows: waiting for a great clean-up first is the surest way never to start.

Which AI models do you use?

AI has a cost, societal, environmental and business alike: we only bring it in where it returns more than it costs. To stay as frugal as possible, we choose the soberest model that does the job and give priority to open-weight models whenever we can.

Will we depend on Junko once the tool is delivered?

We aim for the opposite. We deliver the tool, its documentation and the team’s skills: you must be able to keep it alive without us. We stay available afterwards by choice, not by necessity.

Do you offer training?

Yes, for example AI for Business and AI Prototyping. They are built on your real use cases, with your data and your tools, so that teams leave with something that works.
